Our Story
Our Philosophy
We believe in eating seasonal foods and using ingredients from our environment, that’s why we cooperate with Greek companies and producers that use high-quality raw materials.
We also believe in leaving the Earth a little better, that’s why we have reduced the time it takes for raw materials to reach our kitchens, thus decreasing our footprint on the environment.
In addition, we are creating more in-house products from our own Brewhouse and Bakehouse, giving you the best foods using real ingredients.
